Contact Shiozaki Design
Are you ready to begin transforming your new product so it stands out from other products vying for attention in a noisy market place?
Thank you for visiting the web site. We hope you found some useful information and have a better understanding about Shiozaki Design, who Steven is, his philosophy and what it is like working with us.
If you have read through the web site and would like to explore working with us, please do not hesitate to contact us by phone at (650) 508-0611, by email at firstname.lastname@example.org, or fill out the brief form below to begin the initial conversation about your project. All conversations are confidential.
The goal of the initial conversation is to obtain a basic understanding of the problems and challenges confronting your project, as well as to learn more about your company. It is also an opportunity for you to ask us questions that may have come up as you were reading the web site. From here we will determine the best way to proceed.
Often a company will require signed a Non-Disclosure Agreement for confidentiality purposes. We are happy to sign one and send it back to you before discussing your project in greater detail.
The next step is to set up a more in-depth appointment, either a face-to-face meeting or a conference phone call. During this meeting the goal is to gain a detailed background about the challenges facing your new product and to learn more about your company and market.
Afterwards if we both agree we would like to go forward working together, a custom industrial design proposal specifically for your project based on the project’s goals, schedule and budget will be written up. The proposal is a summary of the tasks, goals, challenges and deliverables for your project based on information obtained thorough the above meetings and any supplied information. Writing up your proposal can take from two to five working days to finalize, depending upon the project complexity. It is important to be thorough at this stage. Once it is completed, it will be forwarded to you for review and approval.
In order to begin working on your project, a purchase order number (P.O. number) referencing the industrial design proposal must be issued by your company and received by Shiozaki Design. Invoices are issued the 1st and 16th of the month and are NET 15 days unless otherwise specified.
